All orders placed on are shipped by UPS from our factory in Needham, Massachusetts. Shipping and handling charges are clearly indicated on your order. Rates are based on product weight, size, your location and shipping service level (example UPS Ground). All shipments are fully insured.

Damaged Product
If your order arrives in obviously damaged condition ­ YOU SHOULD REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Contact us and we will send you a replacement.

If your product has concealed damage contact us as soon as possible (within 5 days of receipt). We will replace the damaged parts and arrange with UPS for an inspection and pick-up of the damaged product. In order to receive a no charge replacement YOU MUST SAVE the damaged merchandise AND the original packaging for inspection.

Shipping Errors
If we ship the wrong product to you please contact us immediately. We will arrange for UPS to come and pick up your order and we will issue you a full credit when it is received. If you are missing any parts, please carefully double-check all boxes and packaging materials. Most times, you will find the missing items. If you are certain that you are still missing parts contact us for replacement.

Customer Returns
If you wish to return products for any reason, please contact us for authorization. We do not accept unauthorized returns. It is your responsibility to carefully package and ship your return back to Rangine Corporation. Product received back in saleable condition will be credited less a 20% restocking fee. Customers returning product after 6 months will receive merchandise credits only. We cannot accept returns of any custom cut-to-length products.
